Gary's Great Thanksgiving Giveaway: Official Rules

Promotion Period:

Gary's Great Thanksgiving Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on November 4, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on November 15, 2024.

Prizes:

• Ten (10) winners will each receive a $100 grocery gift card.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
• Limit one entry per person; however, existing Gary’s Plumbing & Heating customers will receive additional entries for any service calls made during the promotion period.

How to Enter:

1. Visit garys-plumbing.com.
2. Complete the entry form by submitting your first name, last name, email address, and mailing address.
3. By entering, you consent to be added to the Gary’s Plumbing & Heating email list for marketing updates and promotions (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Additional Entries for Customers:

• Existing or new customers who receive a service visit between November 4 and November 15, 2024, will automatically receive one additional entry per service call.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be chosen randomly at the end of the promotional period.
• Each winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form within five (5) business days of the contest end date.
• Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. If there is no response, a new winner may be selected.

Terms and Conditions:

• Limit one prize per person.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Gary’s Plumbing & Heating, which are final.

• Contact information provided will only be used to administer the giveaway and for future email marketing purposes, as per our Privacy Policy.
